For a long time, my wife Lisa has been encouraging me to share with others what I write; for the same amount of time I have been pushing back. On Valentine’s Day, I decided that going-pro was the only way I could honor her request by publishing my first post; to an audience of one.

An Audience of One

I was perfectly content with the response I received having reached 100% of my target audience. More importantly, she loved it and wanted to share it with her friends and family. I never intended what I wrote to actually be read by anyone other than her, after all, the chances that someone could even find it were about 1 in a million blogs. Still, she encouraged me all the more. As one of the last few holdouts against most all forms of social media, I conceded that she was right; it was time to open up my world for others to see. I asked her to share some of what I had written with her friends on Facebook. The response that I received was humbling. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy lives to read my ramblings.
